Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell FMCG products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for managing distributors, retailers, generating sales, increasing market coverage, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Conduct regular market visits and generate orders.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors.
- Execute promotional activities and sales schemes.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Collect payments and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
