Position Summary:
The Manager – Matrimony will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, member engagement, business growth, service delivery, and relationship management of the matrimony division. The role involves ensuring a high-quality matchmaking experience, driving membership growth, improving customer satisfaction, and strengthening the service as a trusted Christian matrimony platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the matrimony service.
- Ensure smooth registration, profile verification, matchmaking, and member support processes.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor service standards and ensure timely resolution of member queries and concerns.
Member Acquisition & Growth
- Develop strategies to increase registrations and active memberships.
- Build partnerships with churches, ministries, prayer towers, and Christian communities to promote matrimony services.
- Identify opportunities to expand the reach and visibility of the platform.
- Drive membership campaigns, promotional activities, and outreach initiatives.
Matchmaking & Member Engagement
- Oversee profile screening and matching processes.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in member data management.
- Develop initiatives to improve member engagement and successful match outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with members and provide guidance throughout the matchmaking journey.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the matrimony team.
- Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct regular reviews and training programs to enhance service excellence.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, empathy, and customer care.
Technology & Process Improvement
- Work closely with technology and marketing teams to enhance platform usability and customer experience.
- Monitor system performance, user feedback, and service metrics.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Marketing & Business Development
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote matrimony services through digital and offline channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to improve service effectiveness.
- Develop initiatives to increase conversions, renewals, and member retention.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as registrations, active profiles, successful matches, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
- Prepare periodic reports and strategic recommendations for management.
- Use data insights to improve operational and business performance.
Spiritual & Ministry Alignment
- Uphold Christian values and ethical standards in all interactions and processes.
- Ensure the matrimony service reflects the ministry’s vision, integrity, and commitment to serving Christian families.
- Promote a culture of prayer, compassion, and service excellence.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
