Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Admission Counselor to guide prospective learners in selecting the right online degree and executive education programs. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling and sales experience in the EdTech or Higher Education industry and be passionate about helping students achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students via phone, video calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand students' career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Generate referrals and build long-term relationships with students.
- Provide an excellent counselling experience throughout the admission journey.
Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in EdTech, Online Education, Higher Education, or Executive Education sales.
- Experience selling Online MBA, Global MBA, Executive Programs, Doctorate Programs, or other high-value education programs will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM tools such as LeadSquared is an added advantage.
- Target-driven with a customer-focused approach.
