Job Summary
Unisoft Technologies is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Java Trainer to train students and professionals in Java programming. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to make learning interactive and practical.
Key Responsibilities
- Train students in Core Java and Advanced Java.
- Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Conduct practical coding sessions, assignments, and projects.
- Prepare training materials, notes, and assessments.
- Guide students in developing real-time projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Keep training content updated with the latest Java technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Core Java and Advanced Java.
- Good understanding of SQL.
- Knowledge of C and C++ is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Java certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Java training or Java development.
- Freshers with excellent Java knowledge and good teaching skills can also apply.
