Job Position: Client Service Executive
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Industry research capabilities to understand the client's business environment.
- A good eye for detail.
- Dynamic, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, patience, high client orientation, and business common sense.
- Mapping Client organization and team structure
- Presenting credentials and leveraging them with the client.
- Generating estimates and obtaining budgetary approvals from clients.
- Close interaction with design, planning, project management and execution teams to review service delivery.
- Documentation and maintenance of Client archive and interaction history.
- Ability to prioritize the work and meet deadlines
- Works independently and in teams
- Strong analytical skills are essential.
