Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IVR coders and QA specialists.
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly coding targets are met with accuracy and productivity.
- Review and audit coded charts to maintain coding quality and compliance with ICD-10, CPT, and payer guidelines.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and training for the team to improve performance.
- Handle client communication and address coding or compliance queries.
- Prepare and share team performance reports with management.
- Drive process improvements and standardization across projects.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
✅ Experience: Minimum 8 years of total experience in Vascular and Non-Vascular IVR (Interventional Radiology) medical coding, with at least 2–3 years in a team handling / leadership role (TL or AM).
✅ Certification: Must hold a valid CPC, CCS, or CIC certification (AAPC or AHIMA).
✅ Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge in Vascular and Non-Vascular IVR coding.
✅ Quality & Compliance: Proven experience in maintaining coding accuracy, productivity, and adhering to compliance standards.
✅ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for client interaction and team coordination.
✅ Work Mode: Work from Office – Hyderabad location.
✅ Education: Graduate in Life Sciences or equivalent (preferred).
