About the Role:
We are hiring a motivated Telecaller Executive to connect with potential clients, explain digital marketing services, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients for digital marketing services
- Explain services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Website Development
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow up with clients to ensure conversions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Handle basic client queries professionally
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hindi and English communication preferred
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (training provided)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / MS word )
- Education: Graduate (Minimum Graduates are eligible to apply)
Preferred Experience:
- 0–2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer support
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome
