We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Executive to manage online cake orders, assist customers over calls and messages, coordinate order fulfillment, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from order placement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online customer inquiries professionally.
- Assist customers with cake selection, customization, pricing, and order placement.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and special instructions.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, delivery team, and store staff to ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfillment.
- Update and maintain accurate order details and customer information in the order management system.
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, refunds, and replacements in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate order updates and important instructions to customers as required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Upsell cakes, desserts, beverages, and other products whenever appropriate.
- Maintain a positive customer experience by providing prompt, courteous, and solution-oriented support.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with order management or POS systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, positive, and customer-centric attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer support, customer service, or the food & beverage industry is preferred.
- Experience handling online customer orders and resolving customer concerns is an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
