We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell Lithium-ion batteries, battery packs, energy storage solutions, and related products. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across industrial and commercial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Lithium-ion batteries and energy storage solutions.
- Promote products to OEMs, dealers, distributors, industries, EPC contractors, and institutional customers.
- Generate sales leads through field visits, online marketing, exhibitions, and customer referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and explain technical features and benefits to customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for product selection and order execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
- Participate in trade fairs, seminars, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of Lithium-ion batteries, solar products, EV batteries, UPS, inverters, or industrial electrical products.
- Freshers with excellent communication and marketing skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Lithium-ion battery technology and applications.
- Ability to identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
