An E-Commerce Executive in the textile business manages the online sales and digital presence of textile products (like fabrics, garments, or home textiles) on websites and marketplaces. Their goal is to increase online sales, manage product listings, and handle customer orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Listing Management
- Upload textile products (fabrics, sarees, garments, etc.) on the company website or marketplaces.
- Add product descriptions, sizes, fabric details, images, and prices.
- Marketplace Management
- Handle platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or Meesho.
- Update stock, pricing, and product availability.
- Order Processing
- Track incoming orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse/packing team.
- Manage returns and exchanges.
- Digital Marketing Support
- Run promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
- Optimize product titles and keywords for better search results.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels for textile products.
- Update stock on all online platforms.
- Customer Support
- Respond to customer queries about fabric quality, size, delivery, etc.
- Sales Reporting
- Analyze sales reports.
- Identify best-selling textile products and trends.
