About Position:
The Delivery Leader for Concert leads client engagements from opportunity qualification through delivery execution. The role combines consulting, presales, and delivery leadership to help clients maximize the value of Concert solutions through discovery, assessments, and transformation planning.

What You'll Do:

Facilitate executive workshops and business discovery sessions.

Assess current operating models, processes, technology landscape, and business priorities.

Identify use cases and opportunities for Concert capabilities.

Develop current-state and future-state assessments.

Create business cases and transformation roadmaps.

Produce executive POVs that demonstrate measurable business value.

Partner with Sales and Client Partners during pursuits.

Support demos, solution presentations, and proposal development.

Define delivery approach, scope, resource plans, and implementation strategy.

Participate in executive presentations and deal reviews.

Lead implementation programs from initiation through production.

Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting.

Ensure successful adoption and realization of business outcomes.

Develop repeatable assessment methodologies.

Create reusable implementation assets.
