Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing customer orders, coordinating with distributors, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role is crucial for maintaining strong communication between internal teams and external partners in the confectionery business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team and distributors for order processing and delivery tracking
- Prepare and maintain sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics
- Support sales team in achieving targets by ensuring timely execution
- Maintain database of clients, distributors, and retailers
- Assist in planning promotions, schemes, and sales campaigns
- Coordinate with accounts team for invoicing and payment follow-ups
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic understanding of FMCG/confectionery market
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

- Experience in FMCG or food industry
