Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Full Stack lead. In this role the Full Stack Senior Developer with hands-on experience will design develop and deploy enterprise-grade full-stack applications within Azure and Databricks environments. The role requires strong technical expertise to build next-generation applications embedding Gen AI capabilities. The primary responsibility of the role is to play a pivotal role in designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative applications that meet client needs and drive business success. Responsibilities: - Technical Expertise: A full stack senior developer must be proficient in front-end technologies like HTML CSS and Java Script and back-end technologies such as Node.js Python or Ruby on Rails. - They should also be familiar with databases like My SQL or Mongo DB. - Design and Development: Create scalable web applications using modern technologies ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards. - Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues across the stack ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Performance Optimization: Optimize application for scalability and efficiency. - Ensuring the quality of code and application functionality is crucial. - The full stack lead should implement best practices for testing and debugging to maintain high standards. - Client Interaction: Often they interact with clients to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress. - This requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to translate technical jargon into understandable terms. - Collaboration and support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs and provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. - Process governance: Create and maintain technical documentation including process design documents (PD Ds) solution design documents (SD Ds) and test plans according to MARS standards and framework. - Ensure all automations adhere to coding standards security protocols and enterprise governance policies. - Process Improvement & Efficiency. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems. - Promote standardization to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Support the regional and global finance projects.
