Job Description – HR Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR, IR, and Admin policies as per company standards.
- Handle manpower planning and recruitment, especially for senior positions.
- Supervise attendance, time office, and employee records management.
- Manage overall HR operations at plant and HO level.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, IR matters, and legal documentation.
- Monitor payroll processing, OT, casual salary, bonus, leave encashment, and full & final settlements.
- Verify contractor and security bills for all group companies.
- Assist management in increment, promotion, and policy implementation processes.
- Prepare and submit HR MIS reports to management.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and general administration activities.
- Perform other HR & administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, labor laws, PF/ESI, and compliance.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
