Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Production Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end jewellery manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in casting (including paper casting), production planning, and team handling within the jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete production processes in jewellery manufacturing.
- Handle casting operations, including paper casting techniques.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.
- Supervise and lead production teams to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain quality control standards across all stages of production.
- Coordinate with design, CAD, and finishing teams for smooth workflow.
- Optimize production processes to reduce wastage and improve output.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders as per deadlines.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement.
- Implement safety guidelines and maintain workplace discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in jewellery production management.
- Strong knowledge of casting processes (including paper casting).
- Proven experience in team handling and supervision.
- Good understanding of production planning and workflow management.
- Knowledge of gold jewellery manufacturing techniques preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
