Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Assist in preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Support in cost estimation and budgeting for projects.
- Collect and analyze vendor quotations for materials and services.
- Maintain estimation data, cost sheets, and project records.
- Coordinate with design and site teams for clarifications on drawings.
- Assist in rate analysis and cost comparisons.
- Update material rates and maintain a database of current market prices.
- Support senior QS in tendering and pre-construction activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
