Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC / VMC Operator to operate and maintain CNC and VMC machines. The candidate should have experience in machine operation, production activities, and quality inspection as per engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and VMC machines efficiently.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Set up tools and fixtures as required.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Monitor machine performance and production quality.
- Perform basic machine maintenance.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
- Maintain daily production records.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- 1+ years experience as CNC Operator or VMC Operator.
- Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi control systems preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Understanding of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Good problem-solving skills.
