Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics / Telecommunication
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Skills & Experience
- Good technical knowledge of RF/Microwave, Mixed-signal, Digital & Analog circuits
- Experience in testing RF/Digital subsystems such as Transmitters, Receivers, Mixers, PLLs, Amplifiers, Filters
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment: Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, DMM, Phase Noise Analyzer
- Experience in measuring and tuning RF parameters: Power, Frequency, S-parameters, Impedance Matching, Noise Figure
- Exposure to Embedded / Microcontroller / FPGA interface testing
- Familiarity with ATP, ATR, ATE, RF test jigs, and automation tools
- Ability to understand block diagrams and system-level functionality
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform RF & mixed-signal testing, DC bias testing, high-power RF testing, and EMI/EMC/ESS testing
- Conduct phase noise measurements and performance validation
- Maintain test plans, procedures, reports, and documentation
- Diagnose RF system issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support schematic tracing and block diagram preparation
- Improve test processes and methodologies
