Hospitality Industry Experience Mandatory
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Stores & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control, stock management, receiving, storage, and issuance of materials for hospitality operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, resorts, or catering businesses and possess strong knowledge of food and beverage inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain inventory levels for food, beverages, consumables, and operational supplies.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with procurement, kitchen, F&B, and operations teams.
- Monitor stock movement and minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock variances.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and storage standards.
- Generate inventory and consumption reports.
- Manage vendor deliveries and GRN processes.
- Optimize inventory costs while ensuring uninterrupted operations.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of experience in stores/inventory management within hotels, restaurants, QSRs, resorts, or catering companies.
- Knowledge of hospitality inventory systems and ERP software.
- Strong understanding of food & beverage inventory control.
- Experience in stock audits and inventory planning.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
Mandatory Industry Experience:
Candidates must have prior experience in the hospitality industry (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Resorts, QSRs, Catering, or Food Service Operations).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
