We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our school and help students in Classes 1 to 5 develop strong mathematical skills in a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging Mathematics lessons for students from Classes 1 to 5.
- Teach age-appropriate concepts including numbers, arithmetic, geometry, measurements, fractions, problem-solving, and basic mathematical reasoning.
- Help students develop strong calculation skills, logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and mathematical understanding.
- Use activities, games, puzzles, worksheets, real-life examples, manipulatives, and interactive teaching methods to make Mathematics interesting and easy to understand.
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities according to students' academic levels.
- Assess students' learning through classwork, homework, tests, quizzes, projects, and other assessments.
- Monitor individual student progress and provide additional support where required.
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate remedial support to help students improve their mathematical skills.
- Encourage students to develop confidence in Mathematics and approach problems with curiosity and a positive attitude.
- Maintain a positive, well-managed, and supportive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and participate in school activities, events, and academic initiatives.
- Maintain proper records of student performance and follow school academic policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience teaching Mathematics to primary school students (Classes 1–5) is preferred.
- Strong command of Mathematics and a clear understanding of primary-level mathematical concepts.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods and child development.
- Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly using simple, practical, and engaging examples.
- Patient, caring, responsible, and approachable attitude toward students.
- Ability to make Mathematics lessons interactive, engaging, and easy for children to understand.
- Ability to identify students' learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a relevant subject is preferred.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
