Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day site execution and supervision of civil works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and site workers.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
- Conduct measurements and maintain records for billing and verification.
- Support quality checks of materials and work at site.
- Read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Monitor material usage and report shortages.
- Assist senior engineers in planning and scheduling activities.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of civil construction activities.
- Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of measurements and basic quantity calculation.
- Familiar with site safety practices.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work on-site.
- Should be proactive, disciplined, and eager to learn.
