Policy Clarification: Break down complex policy terms—including waiting periods, exclusions, co-payments, and premium structures—into clear, transparent, and jargon-free language. Digital Processing: Utilize Niva Bupa's exclusive UNO app to generate instant quotes, assist clients with digital application forms, upload required documentation, and track policy issuance. Claims Support: Act as a dependable ally during medical emergencies by guiding clients through cashless treatment protocols at network hospitals and assisting with reimbursement paperwork. Relationship Management: Foster long-term trust by proactively managing policy renewals, conducting periodic coverage reviews as a client's life stage changes, and providing consistent post-sale service. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) guidelines and stay continually updated on market trends and new product launches.
