Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently
- Convert leads into customers through persuasive communication
- Handle inbound enquiries and close sales opportunities
- Follow up consistently on leads via calls & WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth customer handling
