Finance & Operations Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Finance & Operations Manager to oversee Accounts, Banking, Logistics Coordination, and Commercial Operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key member of the management team, ensuring smooth financial operations, efficient logistics coordination, strong banking relationships, and effective cross-functional execution.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day operations while helping build systems and processes to support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, statutory, and compliance filings.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor financial reporting, MIS, and profitability analysis.
- Manage budgeting and financial planning activities.
Banking & Commercial Management
- Handle banking relationships and regular coordination with banks.
- Manage working capital requirements, loan documentation, bank limits, LC, BG, and related facilities.
- Ensure smooth fund flow management and optimize cash utilization.
- Prepare and present financial information to management.
Logistics & Operations Oversight
- Supervise logistics processes and coordinate with the logistics manager.
- Monitor dispatch planning, inventory movement, transportation, and vendor coordination.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and improve process efficiency.
- Ensure seamless communication between finance, logistics, sales, and procurement teams.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the accounts and operations support team.
- Establish systems, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Drive accountability and performance across departments.
Requirements
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with significant experience.
- 8-15 years of experience in finance, commercial, operations, or similar leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, banking, and compliance.
- Experience managing logistics or supply chain coordination is preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business operations.
Preferred Background
Candidates from manufacturing, trading, export-import, logistics, distribution, or industrial sectors will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
