Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Founder, Director & CEO.
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes (MOM), and official correspondence.
Organize meetings, business events, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Manage emails, schedules, and daily priorities to maximize executive productivity.
Required Skills
3–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BBA/BMS/B.Com/BA or equivalent) from a recognized university.
MBA or Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
