About the Role:
We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and support overall employee experience across recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment coordination, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and attendance
- Support employee engagement and HR activities
- Coordinate joining formalities, exits, and full & final settlements
- Assist with payroll inputs and leave management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR and admin operations
- Maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance documentation
- Support performance management and employee communication
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist role
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Sheets
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
## Preferred:
- Experience in startup, D2C, beauty, skincare, or ecommerce industry
- Immediate joiner only
