Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher for High School to deliver engaging and effective instruction in English language and literature. The candidate will be responsible for fostering students’ reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills in alignment with the school curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons for high school students.
- Develop lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives and academic standards.
- Teach grammar, literature, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Encourage classroom discussions and promote critical thinking.
- Assess, record, and report students’ progress regularly.
- Prepare students for examinations and assignments.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Use innovative teaching methods, including digital tools where applicable.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in English / Literature (B.A. English)
- B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Master’s Degree (M.A. English) preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience in a high school setting
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using teaching aids and technology
Salary:
As per industry standards / based on experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
