- Translate vague or high-level business asks into detailed product requirements that engineering, AI, QA, and UI/UX teams can act on.
- Ensure requirements are aligned with business goals, user needs, technical feasibility, and implementation timelines.
Documentation and Product Definition
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow documents, and requirement traceability documents.
- Document user roles, permissions, feature behavior, system outputs, exception scenarios, and approval flows.
- Create workflow diagrams, process maps, user journeys, and data-flow documentation where required.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation for product features, integrations, releases, and client-specific workflows.
- Support the creation of release notes, demo flows, user guides, and training material where required.

- Understand and document healthcare, radiology, imaging, reporting, validation, and operational workflows.
- Work with product and technical teams to define end-to-end workflows for users such as doctors, technicians, admins, QA users, and client-side teams.
- Support the definition of AI-assisted reporting, review, approval, feedback, and validation workflows.
- Help identify workflow gaps, operational risks, and user experience issues in healthcare and medical imaging use cases.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that clinical, operational, and technical requirements are captured accurately.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with UI/UX, frontend, backend, AI/ML, QA, DevOps, and operations teams.
- Clarify requirements for developers, testers, and designers during implementation.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, product reviews, demos, and release discussions.
- Track decisions, action items, blockers, ownership, and follow-ups across teams.
- Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and requirement changes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Client Validation and Go-Live Support
- Support SIT, UAT, client validation, and go-live readiness activities.
- Prepare validation scenarios, acceptance criteria, feedback trackers, and sign-off documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and client-side teams to track feedback, bugs, change requests, blockers, and approvals.
- Ensure that client feedback is converted into clear product, engineering, QA, or operational action items.
- Support smooth transition from requirement definition to development, validation, release, and production use.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, requirement documentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to write clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow documents, and process documentation.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum workflows, QA processes, and product releases.
- Ability to understand technical discussions around APIs, integrations, databases, dashboards, logs, user roles, and system workflows.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ownership, follow-up discipline, attention to detail, and ability to work with ambiguity.

- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, HIS, DICOM, radiology reporting workflows, or clinical validation workflows.
- Experience working on enterprise software implementation, client onboarding, SIT, UAT, or production go-live.
