About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Electrical Engineering to join our Content Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality educational content, designing curriculum and assessments, creating instructional scripts, and collaborating with multimedia teams to produce engaging learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop curriculum for Electrical Engineering subjects.
- Create comprehensive question banks, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Write instructional video scripts in English and Telugu.
- Identify and select relevant 2D/3D reference images for each concept.
- Prepare 3D content spreadsheets for every video, including highlighting and annotation requirements.
- Develop PowerPoint (PPT) presentations with frame-wise content, highlighting key concepts, and organizing video assets.
- Coordinate with video editors and production teams throughout the content creation process.
- Ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and alignment with educational standards.
Required Qualifications
- M.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of core Electrical Engineering subjects.
- Experience in curriculum design and instructional content development.
- Ability to create structured question banks and assessment materials.
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in preparing educational presentations (PPTs).
- Understanding of multimedia-based learning content creation.
- Familiarity with 2D/3D educational visual references.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with video editing and production teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Telugu is preferred for script development.
