Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee / Trainee –(Fresher)

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Project Department. The role involves onsite monitoring of solar plants, understanding client requirements, and providing both online and offline technical support. Candidates should have a strong foundation in electrical and electronics concepts and be willing to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities:
- . Visit solar plant sites to monitor performance and ensure smooth operation
- Understand customer/site requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Provide online (remote) and offline (onsite) support for project-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for troubleshooting, maintenance, and project execution
- Handle and update company portals, dashboards, and project data regularly
- Prepare site reports, performance analysis, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols
- Assist in commissioning, testing, and maintenance of solar systems
- Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of core electrical and electronics concepts
- Basic knowledge of solar systems (PV modules, inverters, etc.) is a plus
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel, reporting tools, and online portals
- Effective communication and coordination abilities Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site
Education Qualification:
BE/B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE or related fields) Batch: 2025 / 2026 pass-outs
Other Requirements:
Ready to travel extensively to project sites Ability to work in field conditions and dynamic environments Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
