Experience Required: 2+ years
Reportee To: Managing Director
About Us
- Founded in 2010 in Surat, the textile capital of India, Alltex Exim Pvt. Ltd. is a premier export-import house in the textile industry.
- We bridge the gap between India's leading textile mills and competitive global markets while bringing world-class textiles back home.
- With a strong presence across 13+ international markets—including dedicated offices in Egypt and Bangladesh—and a network of 35+ global partners, we stand proud as one of the country's largest importers of polyester yarn.
- Our diverse portfolio spans polyester, cotton, dyed, and nylon yarns, alongside PET chips.
- We are not a startup.
- We are a profitable, stable, 15-year-old enterprise eagerly moving into our next high-growth chapter.
What We Are Building Next
- While our core trading framework remains our anchor, our 3-year vision involves strategic expansion into specialty/technical textiles, value-added yarn processing, petrochemicals, and selective vertical integration.
- Simultaneously, we are modernizing our internal ecosystem by embedding AI across our data research, drafting, and day-to-day back-office workflows.
- This doesn’t replace our 16 years of relationship-building—it gives it the structural fuel to scale rapidly.
The Role
- We are seeking an exceptionally sharp, proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to act as the right hand of our Managing Director.
- This role functions as the operating spine of leadership.
- You are the critical link who keeps corporate decisions moving, initiates structured research before being prompted, maps out projects around traditional textile timelines, and maintains absolute control over administrative data.
- Beyond core executive operations, you will lead our brand and social media strategy, directly optimizing both corporate visibility and the MD's personal industry presence.
What You’ll Own
- Calendar & Multi-Zone Management: Oversee fluid calendar scheduling for the COO and Director across fluctuating India, Egypt, and Bangladesh time zones.
- International & Domestic Logistics: End-to-end management of complex travel itineraries, visa processing, and rigorous expense tracking.
- Inbox Triage: Conduct proactive email filtering and correspondence triage for senior leadership.
- Meeting Execution: Coordinate board and operational meetings, formulate agendas, record precise minutes, and follow through on action items.
- Market Intelligence & Research: Gather and synthesize market intel, competitor movements, and vendor due diligence into concise pre-read briefing notes.
- Digitalization Projects: Help coordinate the digital transformation roadmap and back-office workstreams supporting new product launches.
- Cross-Functional Syncing: Act as a central communication node connecting export, import, finance, and back-office teams.
- Culture Stewardship: Model the high professional standards, execution speed, and discipline that leadership wants to scale across the organization.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Coordinator, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Language Fluency: Flawless verbal and written communication in both English and Hindi.
- Execution Focus: Ridiculously organized, highly focused on closing loops, and comfortable holding ten threads simultaneously without dropping any details.
- Tech Literacy: Strong command over Google Workspace, MS Office (specifically MS Excel), and modern digital dashboards.
- AI Comfort: Familiarity with generative AI tools and a strong willingness to rapidly adopt new digital platforms.
- Bridge Builder: Deep respect for how a traditional 16-year-old textile enterprise functions, paired with the modern tech fluency to help push it forward.
- Discretion: Exceptional professional presence accompanied by a mature commitment to absolute confidentiality and discretion.
What’s In It For You?
- A front-row seat to the internal transformation and value-chain expansion of a multi-country trading enterprise.
- Direct mentorship and daily visibility under top-tier decision-makers.
- A comprehensive operational skill set encompassing project tracking, global coordination, and cross-border logistics.
- Clear professional upside and growth opportunities as our organizational footprint digitizes and expands.
