Core Responsibilities
Data Input: Insert customer, account, and transactional data into company software, verifying data formats before processing.
Accuracy Verification: Review data for deficiencies or errors, cross-referencing information and correcting inaccuracies as needed.
Database Maintenance: Organize and file completed work, generate data reports, and perform regular backups to prevent data loss.
Clerical Duties: Scan documents, print files, and manage office materials while strictly adhering to corporate data integrity and security policies.
Key Requirements & Skills
Proven Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a data entry operator or in a similar administrative role
Typing Speed & Accuracy: High typing speed with excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of data programs and office suites, specifically Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, the ability to concentrate for extended periods, and a strong commitment to handling sensitive information confidentially.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
