Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from initial outreach to successful deal closures.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Mentorship & Support: Assist less experienced sales representatives with technical questions and share best practices.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends and emerging opportunities.
- Reporting & CRM: Accurately log client interactions in CRM software and prepare regular sales reports for higher management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS, inside sales, or relevant industry sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative sales, and excellent communication skills.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
