About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, content planning, audience engagement, and campaign execution. Candidates must be fluent in Kannada and capable of creating impactful content for Kannada-speaking audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns in Kannada and English.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Track campaign performance using analytics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support branding, promotional activities, and business goals.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Kannada (Read, Write & Speak) is Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and current social media trends.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Knowledge of social media planning, content strategy, and analytics.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is an added advantage.
