Experience :
- – More than 8 years’ Experience in Residential, Bungalows, Commercial Preferred.
- – Time-management-Supervisory skills.

- – Completing project pre-planning processes, such as cost estimations and budgeting.
- – Establishing construction schedules.
- – Negotiating contracts and obtaining permits.
- – Managing on-site construction personnel.
- – Reviewing compliance with federal and local safety guidelines and standards.
- – Completing project pre-planning processes, such as cost estimations and budgeting.
- – Lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects.
- – Prepare plans utilizing AutoCAD.
- – Responsible for planning material requirement on site.
- – Ensuring documentation work and verify the work done by the team.
- – Ensure proper work allocation, supervise and monitor the work carried away and team.
