We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to ensure that all products manufactured meet the highest quality, food safety, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in the dairy, ice cream, or FMCG manufacturing industry and possess strong knowledge of quality systems and food safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and other applicable food safety standards.
- Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, batch records, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Perform routine hygiene and sanitation audits of the manufacturing facility.
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and ensure adherence to quality parameters.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support internal and external quality audits and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure laboratory equipment and testing instruments are calibrated and maintained.
- Train production staff on quality standards, hygiene practices, and food safety requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in the Ice Cream, Dairy, Food Processing, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of FSSAI regulations, HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards.
- Knowledge of microbiological and chemical testing procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
