Hiring – Sales Manager (Kerala)
Location: Thrissur (Frequent travel across districts)
Industry: Decorative Paints / Building Materials
Qualification: MBA / BBA / Business Management
Experience: Freshers or 1–2 years in Paints, FMCG, Building Materials or Field Sales
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate sales executives across Kerala
* Manage dealer visits, sales targets, and market expansion
* Support dealer development and increase secondary sales
* Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking
* Build strong relationships with dealers and customers
* Prepare sales and performance reports
* Provide training and guidance to sales executives
Requirements:
* Good communication skills in Malayalam & basic English
* Interest in field sales and team handling
* Two-wheeler & valid license preferred
