Summary: We seek an E-commerce Executive to manage our e-commerce operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/E-commerce; experience in e-commerce management.

Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Platform Management: Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce website/platform.
2. Product Listing and Catalog Management: Oversee product listings, ensure accuracy and updates.
3. Order Management: Coordinate order processing, tracking, and fulfillment.
4. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies for e-commerce channel.
5. Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work with digital marketing team for promotions, campaigns.
6. Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory updates, manage stock levels for e-commerce.
7. Customer Service: Oversee customer service aspects for e-commerce customers.
8. Reporting and Analytics: Analyze sales data, website performance, customer behavior.
9. Payment Gateway Management: Ensure smooth functioning of payment gateways.
10. Compliance: Ensure adherence to e-commerce regulations, data privacy norms.
11. Team Coordination: Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, customer service teams.
12. Promotions and Discounts: Manage promotional activities, discounts on platform.
13. Returns, RTO & Refund Control: reduce losses and improve recovery
14. Vendor & Courier Management: coordination with logistics partners
15. Website Optimization: CRO, UX improvements, checkout optimization
16. Fraud & Risk Monitoring: payment fraud, fake orders, chargebacks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
