Overall Responsibilities
Lead the development of components of the SC&E Reinvention Partner strategy, in alignment with the broader Reinvention Services G&S agenda.
Own strategy and execution plans for one or more growth pivots — Services + Products, IP Revenue Growth, and Core Value Chain Reinvention — integrating analysis into actionable recommendations.
Proactively identify differentiated growth ideas and areas of growth challenge, developing turnaround analyses and action plans.
Drive assessment of emerging technology trends — including Physical AI and industrial automation — and translate their strategic implications for SC&E.
Manage the analysis of inorganic growth opportunities, coordinating market research, target assessment, and diligence preparation.
Lead lookback reviews of completed transactions and maintain a current view of the M&A and partnership landscape relevant to SC&E.
Own competitive, ecosystem, and macro-trend intelligence, turning it into leadership-ready perspectives.
Identify and assess GTM partnership and alliance opportunities that strengthen SC&E's differentiation and market reach.
Translate strategic priorities into structured activation plans- with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and investment rationale — and drive accountability for execution.
Skills Required

Excellent analytical and critical thinking — able to synthesize ambiguous information into clear, actionable recommendations.
Solid business acumen and understanding of industrial, engineering, and asset-intensive sectors.
Financial and business-case skills, including TAM sizing, CAGR analysis, investment ROI tracking, and strategic prioritization.
Strong familiarity with supply chain, engineering services, capital projects, and/or industrial technology markets — and the macro forces reshaping them.
Ability to lead rigorous, insight-led research and synthesize original perspectives beyond secondary sources.
Command of Technology, AI (including Physical and Industrial AI), data, and ecosystem trends as they apply to SC&E.
Established domain expertise in one or more SC&E-relevant areas, plus awareness of inorganic growth dynamics.
High proficiency with AI tools for research, competitive intelligence, and content development — integrating outputs with domain judgment to produce senior-audience-ready work.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive-level presentation development — able to distill complex analyses into compelling narratives.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience
8–11 years of total work experience, with meaningful tenure in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or industrial technology.
Track record in market research, competitive intelligence, and business analysis in supply chain, engineering, or adjacent industrial sectors.
Experience owning executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across global geographies.
Demonstrated ability to lead strategic analyses, investment cases, and growth initiatives — and drive them through to tangible outcomes.
Preferred
Knowledge of Physical AI, Industrial AI, digital twins, or advanced manufacturing trends.
Exposure to V&A (M&A) pipeline evaluation, deal diligence, or inorganic growth strategy.
Familiarity with strategic analyst relations and major analyst firms covering SC&E-adjacent markets.
Familiarity with Accenture's SC&E offerings, offering architecture, or GTM frameworks
