We are hiring a Logistics Operations & Vendor Success Manager to ensure seamless order fulfillment, vendor management, and operational excellence.
This role is critical in ensuring supply reliability, vendor satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Order Fulfillment
- Manage end-to-end order flow from vendor to customer
- Ensure timely deliveries and minimal delays
- Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams
Vendor Onboarding & Management
- Onboard and manage boutique/vendor partners
- Ensure:
- Accurate catalog listings
- Inventory availability
- Build strong, long-term vendor relationships
Supply Optimization
- Identify high-demand products and supply gaps
- Improve vendor performance and availability
Performance Monitoring
- Track key metrics:
- Fulfillment rate
- Cancellation rate
- Delivery timelines
- Drive improvements through data insights
Process & SOP Development
- Build and refine SOPs for:
- Vendor onboarding
- Order management
- Issue resolution
Requirements
- 3–4 years in operations/logistics/vendor management
- Experience in quick commerce, logistics, or marketplace startups preferred
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven and process-oriented
