Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application development to improve efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Security.
- Experience in configuring and managing user roles, authorizations, and access controls within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of security concepts related to enterprise resource planning systems and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze security risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with SAP security tools and frameworks to support secure application development and deployment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
