Job Summary:
Alok buildtech pvt ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of civil construction projects on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities on the construction site.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Inspect site work to ensure it adheres to design specifications and project plans.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on site activities and progress.
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, inspections, and any changes to project scope.
- Liaise with clients and local authorities as needed.
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out according to the project schedule.
- Train and mentor junior staff and ensure that they follow best practices.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil construction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
