Job Summary
Orchid University is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Interns/Trainees to support student outreach, lead generation, partnership development, and business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain practical experience in business development, sales, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various outreach channels.
- Connect with prospective students, institutions, and business partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and business activities.
- Assist in planning and executing business development campaigns.
- Support the team in achieving enrollment and partnership goals.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
