● On-Site Infrastructure Management: Oversee the daily operations, administration, and troubleshooting of the deployed Fortinet solutions (FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP) and SD-WAN architecture at the customer site.
● Incident & amp; Ticket Resolution: Actively monitor, pick up, and resolve Helpdesk tickets from customer users/IT teams within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
● OEM Collaboration: Coordinate directly with Fortinet TAC (Technical Assistance Center) and other OEM support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring SLA timelines are strictly met.
● On-Site & Remote Support: Be physically present at the customer site to handle hardware replacements, cabling, physical troubleshooting, and local deployments, while also supporting remote branch sites as required.
● Reporting & amp; Documentation: Provide daily/weekly network health, incident, and performance reports to the Reporting Manager and customer's IT stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date network diagrams and configuration backups.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal network engineering and management teams to align on security policies, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance windows.
