Job Description - Head of Brand & Creative Strategy

About the Role
Shivam Video is seeking a highly strategic, creative, and forward-thinking Head of Brand & Creative Strategy to lead the company's brand development, creative direction, and integrated marketing strategy. This role serves as the bridge between business objectives and creative execution, ensuring that every campaign, communication, and customer touchpoint reflects the company's brand identity and market positioning.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, creative leadership, visual storytelling, and consumer behavior. They should be capable of developing innovative brand strategies, leading cross-functional creative teams, and driving impactful campaigns that strengthen Shivam Video's position as a leader in the audio-visual and event technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Define and strengthen the company's brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition across all business verticals.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, communication, and customer experience across every touchpoint.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine brand strategy.
2. Creative Strategy & Campaign Development
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns, brand initiatives, and marketing communications.
- Develop compelling brand narratives and storytelling strategies that differentiate the company in the market.
- Guide the creative direction for digital, print, video, experiential, and event-related communication.
- Ensure all creative concepts align with business goals, brand guidelines, and customer expectations.
3. Marketing Strategy & Business Growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Support campaign planning across digital, offline, social media, content, and experiential platforms.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
- Identify new opportunities for brand expansion, customer acquisition, and market growth.
4. Brand Communication & Visual Excellence
- Oversee the development of company profiles, brochures, presentations, websites, pitch decks, case studies, videos, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure all communication maintains a consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
- Review and approve creative deliverables to maintain premium quality standards.
- Drive innovative approaches to visual storytelling and brand communication.
5. Innovation, AI & Emerging Technologies
- Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance creativity, efficiency, and campaign effectiveness.
- Explore new branding trends, creative technologies, and audience engagement strategies.
- Encourage innovation across design, marketing, and content creation workflows.
- Continuously evaluate industry best practices to strengthen the company's competitive advantage.
6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor marketing executives, designers, content creators, videographers, and creative professionals.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work culture within the brand and creative team.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Production, Business Development, and Leadership teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Establish efficient workflows to ensure seamless execution of projects from concept to delivery.
7. Brand Visibility & Industry Positioning
- Drive initiatives that strengthen the company's visibility through PR, industry events, award submissions, and strategic collaborations.
- Support business development through compelling brand presentations, proposals, and creative concepts.
- Identify opportunities to position Shivam Video as a thought leader within the experiential and AV industry.
- Build relationships with industry partners, agencies, and creative collaborators to expand brand influence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Design, Media, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in branding, marketing strategy, creative leadership, or related management roles.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, creative direction, integrated marketing, and visual communication.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools, digital marketing platforms, and modern content creation workflows.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar creative software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with creative execution and business objectives.
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, advertising agencies, media production, or creative studios will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
