Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Systems
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, air-conditioning units, ventilation systems, and exhaust systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Ensure optimal indoor air quality and thermal comfort.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services.
Electrical Systems
- Monitor electrical panels, transformers, UPS systems, DG sets, and lighting systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply to coworking operations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate repairs.
Plumbing & Water Systems
- Maintain plumbing networks, water pumps, storage tanks, and drainage systems.
- Monitor water consumption and implement conservation measures.
- Address plumbing issues promptly to minimize disruption.
Facility Operations
- Conduct daily inspections of MEP systems and common areas.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and service reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Support fit-out and renovation projects within the workspace.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor fire alarm, firefighting, and emergency systems.
- Participate in emergency response and evacuation procedures.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
Energy Management
- Monitor utility consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
- Track equipment performance and improve operational efficiency.
- Support sustainability and green-building initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, facility management, commercial buildings, or coworking spaces.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution systems, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Vendor and contractor management skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance reporting tools.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
