KEY SKILLS :
1.Ensure all areas meet HACCP, ISO 220000, FSSAI ,or local health dept standards.
2.Deep knowledge of food safety laws + chermical handling.
3. Sharp eye for detail- able to spot risks others miss.
4. Strong documentation and people management.
5. Conduct daily hygiene audits of kitchens, storage, waste areas, and staff facilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
