Responsibilities and Duties
Achieve the sales revenue target in the assigned territory.
Channel Development and Infrastructure (Distributors / Retailers).
Aggressive execution of Sales programs (i.e. new schemes / promotions / trade engagement etc.)
Chart out trade schemes to the distributor.
Monitor the performance of distributors, preferred retailers & take corrective actions.
Ensuring the widespread availability of the stock in his territory.
Ensure optimum utilization of the territory by building up customer base / retailer network.
MIS Reporting with specific analysis sell-through and inventory data to increase forecast accuracy.
Primarily to handle sales of the assigned territory.Dealer network management: Handle multiple channel of sales, network expansion for the brands i.e., to expand into new markets / towns and new outlets / retail format within existing towns.
Qualifications and Skills
bachelor's Degree from a reputed College or University./ MBA added advantage
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Regional Language.Excellent Verbal, Written and Interpersonal Communication.
Good working knowledge of Computers & MS Office.Self motivated, good Interpersonal skills.
Smart and knowledgeable.Able to work independently.
Very high level of personal integrity & ethics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
