Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and develop distributor relationships to ensure effective market coverage.
- Visit retailers daily to generate orders and increase product availability.
- Ensure visibility, merchandising, and placement of EverActiv products at retail counters.
- Maintain daily sales reports (DSR), beat plans, and market visit reports.
- Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager for sales planning and target achievement.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company sales policies where applicable.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales within the FMCG industry is preferrable
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve territory sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
