Job Summary
Lifeyoga is looking for a passionate and experienced Pilates Teacher to join our
wellness team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on
experience conducting Pilates sessions, creating personalized fitness programs, and
helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group Pilates sessions.
- Design customized workout plans based on client needs and fitness levels.
- Ensure proper form, technique, and safety during every session.
- Motivate and guide clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and client-focused environment.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to deliver an exceptional customer
experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor.
- Certification in Pilates from a recognized institute (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and holistic wellness.
